La gran inauguración de Farmer Bobs World ofrece oportunidades educativas para los residentes del condado de Tulare

El agricultor local comparte una granja de cítricos con la comunidad

Ubicada cerca de Ivanhoe a lo largo de la ruta estatal 216 en la carretera 164, la gran inauguración de Farmer Bob’s World fue un gran éxito. el sueño, Bob McKellar fue muy acogedor.  

La ceremonia de apertura dio inicio a un gran evento. El evento contó con recorridos en tractor programados, manualidades para niños, recolección de naranjas, animales vivos y la actuación continua del grupo musical Rosalinda and the Pims.

Farmer Bobs World tiene algo para todos. Para los niños más pequeños, los animales, el molino de viento interactivo, las manualidades y los tractores ofrecen muchas opciones de entretenimiento. Los niños también disfrutaron de la oportunidad de aprender a recoger naranjas, de ponerse los guantes para aprender a recoger correctamente una naranja y luego hacerlo de primera mano. Se podía ver a los niños sonriendo y disfrutando de los diferentes sitios.

Para los adultos, hubo excelente comida de QueConcha y Balisongbbq, además de un mercado de pequeños agricultores con una variedad de opciones. El recorrido en tractor fue interactivo y muy informativo. La guía turística Sra. Brown conoce su historia, aunque tenía un altavoz e intercomunicador con anuncios pregrabados, se comprometió íntimamente y compartió sus conocimientos con los pasajeros.

Rosalinda y los Pims junto con algunos de los estudiantes de Rosalinda oraron en lenguaje de señas americano por Farmer Bobs World. Esta fue una experiencia increíble para la audiencia, muy conmovedora.

Esta es una adición increíble a nuestra ciudad Ivanhoe. Este es el lugar perfecto para excursiones de clases locales. Los estudiantes que aprenden sobre los ciclos de vida de las plantas pueden aprender sobre los cítricos locales y los años que ha llevado cultivarlos.
