CSET ofrece preparación de impuestos

Community Services Employment Training (CSET) brinda servicios gratuitos de preparación de impuestos a los residentes del condado de Tulare. El programa Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) prepara declaraciones de impuestos federales y estatales sin costo para los hogares con menos de $ 54,000 en ingresos anuales. Los servicios de VITA estarán disponibles para el público hasta el 15 de abril de 2021.

Los residentes elegibles pueden calificar para los Créditos Tributarios por Ingreso del Trabajo (CalEITC, por sus siglas en inglés) federales y de California, un crédito tributario que pone dinero en los bolsillos de familias e individuos trabajadores. Los contribuyentes que presenten sus declaraciones de impuestos con un ITIN (Número de identificación de contribuyente individual), incluidos los inmigrantes indocumentados, son elegibles para el CalEITC y el Crédito tributario por hijos pequeños (YCTC) al presentar sus impuestos de 2020. Los documentos fiscales ahora se pueden dejar en una de nuestras ubicaciones de VITA y un preparador de impuestos certificado preparará su declaración de impuestos.

A través del servicio de entrega de VITA, no se requiere cita. Los preparadores de impuestos se comunicarán con los clientes dentro de las 72 horas, excepto los fines de semana y feriados. Se informará a los clientes sobre el proceso de presentación y se les contactará por teléfono para revisar, programar una recogida y la autorización para la presentación electrónica. Los clientes pueden descargar la lista de verificación y el formulario de admisión de nuestra página web www.cset.org/vita o pasar por una de nuestras oficinas para recoger un paquete.

El programa VITA es posible gracias a una sólida asociación con el IRS, el condado de Tulare, Mechanics Bank, Walmart, Beneficial State Foundation y CSET.
